Roberto Santoni is an accomplished real estate and business attorney with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years. Born in Rincon, Puerto Rico, and raised in Kissimmee, Florida, Roberto possesses fluency in both English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse clientele. Roberto's academic journey led him to Penn State University, where he graduated with honors from the Schreyer's Honors College. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations, standing out as the top graduating senior in his class and serving as the College Marshal. Additionally, Roberto pursued a double major, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in Latin American politics.

Business and Real Estate Attorney

Roberto pursued his law degree at the renowned University of Connecticut School of Law. The institution's esteemed reputation further sharpened his legal acumen and equipped him with the necessary tools to excel in his career.

Following his graduation, Roberto embarked on an opportunity to work with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute as an intern for the Honorable Ed Pastor. Natalia Gove

Natalia Gove

Natalia Gove is a highly accomplished immigration attorney based in Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar and holds the AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest peer-reviewed rating held by only 10% of attorneys. Natalia's impressive educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Lipetsk State University in Russia, a degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, and a law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she graduated with honors, cum laude.

Immigration Attorney

In addition to her legal work, Natalia serves as a member expert of the District Export Council, Central-North Florida, appointed by the US Secretary of Commerce, and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Natalia primarily focuses on corporate/business and family immigration, I-9 compliance, ICE/HSI audits and inspections, investments, and worksite enforcement issues. She provides legal advice to both corporate and individual clients who are in the process of securing employment authorization (work visas) for foreign nationals, U.S. permanent residency ("green card" status), and U.S. citizenship. Previously she worked at a large full-service corporate law firm where she represented employers and individuals in business immigration matters. She also gained valuable experience serving as a judicial extern at the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Orlando Immigration Court, where she researched complex legal issues and drafted court motions and judicial decisions.

In addition to her legal work, Natalia has also served as a qualified interpreter for federal and state courts. She has interpreted for a wide range of individuals, including Mikhail Kalashnikov (inventor of the AK-47 assault rifle), presidents of former USSR republics, politicians, top-level state officers, and executives.

Teresa Finer

Teresa Finer

Teresa Finer is a highly experienced attorney who has spent over 40 years advising corporate and individual clients on US immigration planning and filings. She has been consistently recognized as an industry leader by "Best Lawyers in America" since 2008 and has been Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent, the highest performance rating in Martindale-Hubbell's legal peer rating system. She was also selected for inclusion in Orlando's Best Lawyers in America "Lawyers of the Year" for Immigration.

Immigration Attorney

In addition to her impressive legal career, Teresa is actively involved in promoting immigration and naturalization awareness. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and sits on the Bar Association's Law Week committee. In 2015, she developed a program to teach students about immigration and has since designed an annual naturalization badge program for Citrus Council Girl Scouts, which has involved hundreds of young girls and their parents. Teresa's commitment to promoting awareness about immigration and naturalization demonstrates her passion for her work and her desire to help others.

Teresa earned a Bachelor of Journalism with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980 and a law degree with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1983. During law school, she was a member of the Texas Law Review, the Chancellors Honor Society at UT Law, and the Order of the Coif Honor Society. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Jerre S. Williams on the US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and then developed immigration practices at two law firms in Atlanta and Orlando.

Beyond her legal expertise, Teresa is an active member of Orlando's Jewish community. She helped develop the exhibit "Kehilla: A History of Jewish Life in Orlando" at the Orange County History Museum and was one of the early members of Orlando's Jewish Genealogical Society. In her free time, Teresa enjoys researching the immigrants in her own family, and participating in outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, and butterfly gardening.

Teresa is a dedicated mother and wife, and she has volunteered as a Girl Scout leader for her daughters' troops. Her passion for her family and her community is evident in all that she does. Teresa's extensive legal experience, commitment to promoting immigration awareness, and involvement in her community make her a highly respected and trusted attorney in her field.
